Green Space Use Request

This request form is to seek permission to use green space across the San Marcos and Round Rock campuses for planned departmental or student organization led events.

This form is only to reserve space on either campus that does not already have a reservation or request process in place.

Event Details

This event needs or will have the following (select all that apply):
Requstor is responsible for coordinating all items below with the appropriate departments.
(Groups of 200 or more)
(Arranged through Materials Management & Logistics)
(Arranged through the Facilities Department)
(Requests must be submitted to Student Involvement @ LBJSC at least 10 days prior to event.)
Will Food be Served at Your Event?
