About The UBA Program
The University Business Ambassador (UBA) program, part of Texas State University's Finance and Support Services Division, supports Principal Investigators and other key clients by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, streamlining business processes, and improving service in areas such as requisitions, invoicing, HR, and post-award research support. The UBA’s strategic goals are to reduce processing time and errors, enhance compliance, and improve overall service delivery.
